Reita Madhuban - Weewee is a Graduate of Law from the Anton de Kom University of Suriname and is currently persuing her lawyers certification while working part-time at a distinguished Law firm.

 

She has more than 10 years of experience working for and in the Public sector in areas of Public Relations, communications and in the Judicial department.

 

She has functioned as a journalist for several local newspapers in the past and has been a part-time freelance web text writer. She has a solid background in Public Relations matters and has completed several training courses in Communications and Marketing and has significant experience with project logistics and coordination. 

In the legal area she is experienced in contracts, negotiations and has a special interest for women rights.

While she supports youth empowerment activities, her true passion lies with empowering young women through women's rights education.

 

She balances a career with a married life and two young children.
